These terms apply to your use of CraftRow: Google Sheets Sync ("CraftRow"), provided by CraftRow Labs, run by Aadil Safi ("we"). By installing CraftRow, you agree to them.
The service
CraftRow copies Shopify orders to a Google Sheet. The sheet is a working copy for your convenience. Shopify remains the official record of your orders.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to process the order data you sync.
- You control who can access your spreadsheet, and you're responsible for complying with privacy laws that apply to it.
- You must keep your Shopify and Google accounts secure.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed by Shopify, under Shopify's terms. Current plans and limits are shown in the app and on our website. If you reach a monthly limit, orders wait until the limit resets or you upgrade. We'll give notice through Shopify before changing prices.
Availability
We aim to keep CraftRow reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted sync. Delays can come from Shopify, Google, or our own systems.
Disclaimer and liability
CraftRow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for CraftRow in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using CraftRow at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to the courts of Pakistan. This doesn't remove any consumer or business rights you have under the laws of your own country that can't be excluded by agreement.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and post the new version here.
