  2. Connect Google

Built for made-to-order work

Personalization details are easy to miss when they're buried in an order page. CraftRow lays them out next to each product, so you can sort, filter, and share the list like any other spreadsheet.

Read how to sync Shopify orders to Google Sheets

  • One row for each item, so multi-item orders stay easy to work through
  • Custom properties kept exactly as the customer entered them
  • Order notes, SKU, quantity, price, and payment and fulfillment status
  • Rows update when an order changes or is cancelled, on the Pro plan
  • Sort your sheet freely, and CraftRow still finds the right row

Plans are billed through Shopify. If you reach your monthly limit, orders wait in CraftRow and sync when the limit resets or after you upgrade.

How CraftRow uses your Google account

CraftRow asks Google for permission to create and edit only the spreadsheet it makes for you. It can't see any other files in your Google Drive. The sheet stays in your account, and you can disconnect at any time. Read the details in our privacy policy.
